What we handle

There are no user accounts here and no login. If you write to us through the contact form, we process only the name, email address and message you provide, and only in order to answer you. We do not sell that data and we do not use it for marketing.

What we will never ask for

This deserves a section of its own on a site aimed at beginners. We are an editorial publication, not a wallet, an exchange or a payment processor. We will never ask you for a seed phrase, a private key, a wallet password or a two-factor code, and we have no way to accept a transfer from you. Anyone contacting you in this site's name and asking for any of those things is not us. Nobody legitimate ever needs your seed phrase.
